Job Description

Animate and drive brand awareness, enhance product offerings, and ensure top-tier customer support at a local level. Collect market insights and execute localized marketing strategies, optimizing product assortments, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Works with Local Sales team to provide regional BU Trade Marketing with clear identified needs for POS material & co-marketing activities per customer channel.
  • Manages and follows up of local marketing plan.
  • Plans and organizes customer events and participation to trade fairs with support from BU Trade Marketing (brief local suppliers, provide all needed content & marketing materials for customers…)
  • Responsible of Expert Network Revamp & Animation, providing all needed marketing materials for sales teams and customers, and animating the implementation.
  • Implements Commercial Training to the Installers and sales teams.
  • Manages promotions and marketing actions.
  • Responsible for SOMFY Bulgaria B2C website and marketing channels - YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
  • Responsible for preparation and translation of marketing materials and technical sheets for the products.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the product offer - pricelists, product selection, product launches.
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of the MTP process.
  • Provides information and logistic support to the customers.
  • Manages administrative actions and projects and provides support in the communication between BA and local suppliers and authorities - COFACE, WEEE, Bank communication, etc. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and social media management.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Fluency in English is a must, any other language is considered a plus
