Job Description
Missions:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relevant relationships with stakeholders in the projects channel, primarily in the Commercial Building Solutions (CBS) Hotels and Resorts (Hospitality), and Vertical Residential market segment (Architects, Interior Designers, Consulting Engineers, Façade Engineers, Sustainability Consultants, Developers, Somfy Industrial and Project Partners etc.)
- Use a solution selling approach to increase awareness of Automation and the Somfy brand in the target segment
- Responsible for building a pipeline and converting to sales, of relevant projects ensuring Somfy automation is specified
Activities:
- Builds up database and knowledge about projects, construction industry and key players
- Ensures relevant Somfy solutions are specified and converted into sales for meeting targets
- Develops a long-term approach for influencing and engaging with main stakeholders
Management:
- Secures end-to-end specified projects deliveries
- Close cooperation with industrial channel team to drive Key Accounts project sales
Qualifications
- Education: Achitectural / Engineering background preferred
- Industry Experience: Building material industry experience
- Minimum 5 years in similar profile
- A high level of commercial awareness and entrepreneurship
- Demonstrated ability to clarify and summarize complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
- Hands on attitude towards business - development & expansion
- High ethics and integrity, trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
