Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable.
• Accounting reports & checks.
• Reconcile accounts payable.
• Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliation.
• Suppliers Master Data maintain and control.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Investments & assets management in ERP.
• Support on company reporting.
• Indirect purchase process management in finance.
• Other support to finance team.

Requirements and skills:

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Commitment and capacity to work with tight deadlines.
• Assertiveness, excellent communication & team spirit.
• MS Office advance user (VLOOKUP function and pivot tables).
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.
• Language skills in English and Spanish.

• Degree in Accounting or related field. We will also consider candidate coming from other studies if strong accountancy subjects are included in its educational curriculum.
• 3 years of accounting experience.

• Permanent contract, starting as soon as possible.
