• management of Supplier Mass Production & Project Quality Team
• management of Suppliers Quality in Mass production & projects defined by Global SQA Managers
• ensure support of Production area at Somfy Niepołomice and other production entities in case of Suppliers quality problems
• responsibility for Supplier Projects review according to Group standards
• ensuring QCDT project performance scenario within compatibility with project contract signed with Suppliers
• management of the component qualification process (new components, production transfer, tool renewal, etc…)
• managing supplier performance KPIs, providing reporting
• supplier Audit Plan Management
• management of complaints to Suppliers (8D methodology)

• master’s degree in technical specialization
• min 6 years of experience in supplier quality area in international manufacturing company on managerial position
• fluent knowledge of English language, knowledge of French language will be an asset
• practical knowledge of statistical control/capabilities study and knowledge of measurement equipment (optical, geometrical, dimensional ), reading technical drawings etc.
• quality tools knowledge ( 8D methodology, APQP, FMEA etc.)
• readiness to business trips
• ability to effectively manage a team
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
