BFT Adria d.o.o.  as a part of SOMFY Group is specializing in the production and distribution of automation for gates, barriers and parking systems.  

Currently we are looking for a person for the position Technical Advisor.

The Technical Advisor will be responsible for analyzing electronic equipment and performing necessary repairs. This role involves estimating repair costs for electronic and mechanical devices, providing telephone support to customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Analyze electronic equipment and perform necessary repairs (control panels, accessories).
• Estimate the costs of repairs for electronic and mechanical devices.
• Provide telephone support to customers.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, including startup instructions.
• Work with parts catalogs and technical documentation.
• Fulfill service orders for parts based on inventory levels.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and work environment.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work with parts catalogs and manage inventory.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Croatian fluent, English at a communicative level, both spoken and written.
