Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Agent who will manage below tasks.

  • Manage invoicing processes in the local ERP system, including both domestic and export.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing and sending offers to clients.
  • Oversee case management using Salesforce, ensuring all sales-related cases are handled efficiently.
  • Handle the management of claimed goods, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Place orders with suppliers.
  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as a backup for the stock manager during absence, managing inventory and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in invoicing, sales support, or order management is a plus.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, especially invoicing modules.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Able to provide basic technical support.
  • Experience in order placement and supplier management.
  • Understanding of inventory processes; stock management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Croatian fluent, English at a communicative level, both spoken and written.
