Job Description

Currently we are looking for a person for the position Sales Representative.

The person at this role will be responsible for deploying (implementation and execution) of sales strategy across Croatia.

  • Establishing and maintaining cooperation with current and potential customers.
  • Providing professional and comprehensive customer technical service on daily basis.
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategy.
  • Preparing commercial offers and negotiating terms of cooperation with clients at various management levels.
  • Sales development through regular visits to customers and support of business partners in expanding the product portfolio.
  • Organizing meetings, local trainings, conducting product presentations and effectively communicating sales arguments.
  • Reporting the sales activities to the management in CRM toll.
  • Monitoring competition activities and market analysis.
  • Implementation of established sales plans, reporting results, updating and monitoring data.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business is a must.
  • Proven track record in negotiation, selling skill of technical products/solutions to industrial client.
  • In addition, expertise coming from construction, technology automation, or automotive industry will be an asset.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • Focus on achieving set goals and developing sales competences.
  • Croatian fluent, English at a communicative level, both spoken and written.
  • Driving license.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce CRM software will be an additional advantage.
