Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team and support the team in project implementation. Your responsibilities will cover the following scope of duties:

  • Collaborate with key users and contributors in the project to understand their business context, needs, and objectives.
  • Gather and process business data from different entities in a homogenous way.
  • Run quality tests and make sure of the validity and veracity of the data.
  • Collaborate with different streams (Finance, IT, Customer service) until the deliverability of the data to be used in the project implementation.
  • Conduct data analyses, incl. big dataset analyses, to be able to identify the major trends and insights to be given for the project.
  • Preparation of the data for migration into the new ERP system.
  • Translate business problems into data-driven questions.
  • Provide analytical solutions that empower key users to adapt to changes and to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare regular communication (incl. presentations) with the status of work among others.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in analytical or business-related positions.
  • Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, finance, accounting, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and high self-motivation.
  • Sense of responsibility, proactive attitude.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Advanced in English- minimum B2 level required.
  • Polish on communicative level.
