Job Description

Communication:

>   Is the reference on the needs of markets and channels in terms of communication with global teams (communication, digital)                 

>   Drive and coordinate the development of communication strategy and plan with the local teams

>   Manage the production of communication deliverables and deploy to countries

>   Facilitate the regional communication community to promote and share good practices

>   Increase motorization, adoption of connected offers in target markets/audience groups via awareness and educational campaigns         

>   Is the expert on communication channels, perform advisory role to local marketing teams

Content marketing:

>   Create or adapt content appropriate for multiple channels in multiple formats as per Global/regional communication strategy                 

>   Gather needs from local teams and facilitate creation of content, in-house or with external agency, on regional or local level                    

>   Define metrics and track effectiveness of the content deliverables

Channel Marketing:

>   Understand the channel environments, opportunities & challenges; communicate and express regional needs to internal stakeholders  

>   Coordinate and execute channel-focused marketing plan to support sales growth and customer retention

>   Define value proposition to enrich customers experience and drive customers loyalty in long term

>   Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI on deliverables

Qualifications

Skills and Level of qualifications:

>    Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must.

>    Speaking multiple languages is an advantage

>    Degree in business administration, marketing or communication

>    Minimum 10 years working experience in the marketing functions, with 3 years solid exposure in APAC region                                            

>    Proven track record of communications, trade marketing, digital marketing, event management and PR

>    Familiar on distribution models, B2B and B2C

>    Excellent skills in communication, presentation

>   Self-motivated,curious, creative, independent, ability to transfer knowledge to local counterparts

>   Skills: Copywriting (collaterals, blogs, eDM, etc.) Marketing automation tools, Digital marketing tools, CMS platform, PhotoShop, etc.
