Opis oferty pracy

On position of Sales Manager Project Business you will be leading and developing project business sales by implementing proactive specification of Somfy solution (motors, controls, Home Automation and services) for commercial and residential buildings in Poland. You will manage and develop dedicated team by contributing actively to the project business strategy  through an active contribution with a specification model of dynamic shading home automation for targeted customers.

  • Develop and implement business strategies and sales plans for the dedicated Project Business sales channel, overseeing their execution and implementation.
  • Design and deploy project business models, processes, and activities within commercial, institutional, and residential buildings.
  • Lead and manage the dedicated sales team, focusing on team development through coaching, feedback, and tailored training plans.
  • Participate in significant presentations to Key Developers, Design Architects, and Engineers to showcase Somfy concepts, solutions, and services, facilitating market penetration and fostering client relationships.
  • Create and execute an annual Project Business budget, including a marketing action plan tailored to target groups and project market segments, actively participating in its design and execution with internal support services.
  • Manage the portfolio of potential projects by initiating and participating in mapping and prospecting activities, identifying target groups, and exploring new business opportunities in the project market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current business partners while initiating and establishing contact with key decision-makers in targeted specification groups.
  • Monitor performance indicators and steer business operations in the right direction to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Business Area EE Project Business Manager to ensure alignment and synergy in project business operations.

Kwalifikacje

  • University degree in engineering, economics, management, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, Project Business management, or a closely related field is essential for success in this role.
  • Additional expertise in engineering, construction, technology, automation, electrical components for building construction, or HVAC industries will be considered a valuable asset.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a track record of successful business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of the building construction market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop team competencies and foster people development.
  • Proficient in Polish with a good command of English, along with experience in an international matrix working environment.
