Job Description

As a Key Account Executive at Somfy, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers. This full-time position is based in Rydalmere, NSW and will see you working closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and maximise customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed customer objectives
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and opportunities to expand existing relationships
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Represent Somfy at key customer meetings and industry events

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in an account management or key account executive role, ideally within the sales or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Technical aptitude
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related field desirable
