BPO Logistics (H/F)

Attached to the Supply Chain Planning Excellence Team within O&SC, your goal is to Roll Out Logistics & Late Differentiation Core Model Solutions (S4, eWM, DLP, Power BI) in our new manufacturing and distribution sites in relation to our footprint projects.

Key activities: 

• Implement solution ((SAP S4, eWM, DLP) for our new sites
• Guarantee Core Model solution
• Implement proper reporting & KPIs

Others activities:

• Drive anticipation topics to prepare the processes and the physical layouts to the implementation
• Coordinate and animate the local key users communities (Fit analysis, Functional & User Tests, Cut Over, Go Live & Hypercare) for the streams Logistics & Transport 
• Identify potential improvements for improving the solution
• Work along with Business Analysts to fix incidents through Ask post go-live
• Formalize documentation and drive trainings to ensure user system adoption (formation, coaching, audit)

• Education: Master Degree, APICS certification is a +
• Minima years of experience: 5 years

Competencies: 

• Experience in Logistics (Warehousing)
• Experience in production : nice to have but not mandatory for our late differenciation activities 
• Experience with 3PL (third party logistics) is a plus 
• SAP / ERP knowledge is well appreciated (EWM, MM, PPDS)
• Reporting knowledge (Power BI)
• Team Player – work in a project
• Analytical – Curious - Agile

• Long Term Contract with limited international travels
• Remote working allowed (90 days/year)
