Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign scheduling and coordinating daily product shipments;
• Supervise warehouse department needs, coordinate with customer service department when needed, and daily task planning
• Verify end-of-day goods issued and ensure stock accuracy
• Perform timely and accurate product shipping procedures, including pulling and packing of orders and processing in shipping computer.
• Train staff on job duties and new processes
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment use
• Responsible for selecting and working with parcel carriers and ensure proper set up of trucks
• Communicate with customs brokers and transport companies as needed
• Perform regular cycle counting and product inventory in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Warehouse experience 2 years – 3 years
• No option for remote working
• Ability to perform mathematical quotations related to inventory control.
• Proficient in MS Excel, SAP (FI/CO/ HR/ MM/ OT SD)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Accurate, client focus, interpersonal skills, organized and use of judgement
• Ability to lift 30lbs
• Ability to work well with others as a team.

• Full-Time $26.50 per hour
• Typical standard business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
