Job Description

Marketing:

>Develop and implement marketing plan aimed at promoting multi-brand products and services to the company’s audiences

>Contribute and execute Channel-specific marketing initiatives to retain customers and build customers loyalty

>Maintain strong brand presence of Somfy in online and offline channels via organic traffic and paid campaigns

>Define digital marketing strategy and execute with the collaboration of BA Digital Marketing Manager

>Manage marketing budget & external agencies

>Track and improve marketing performance (ROI) ensuring results are achieved at the right level of efficiency

Products:

>Prepare sales augmentation including training information to different target groups

>Provide completed product knowledge to both internal teams and external customers

>Ensure solid product/application knowledge with thorough analysis on customers’ needs, market trends, product evolutions and provide insight to PL for future products development

>collect competitor information and delivery necessary information to BA and corporate team

>Adapt the marketing deliverables (4P) to the local context and language

>Engage and collaborate with cross-functional, regional teams

>Support and contribute to selected corporate / BU marketing projects, participant in special projects and perform additional duties as required (MTP),

Qualifications

>Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must

>University graduates in Business Administration or any related discipline

>5-10 years 360-degree marketing and products experience

>Strong business acumen

>Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing: SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM

>Excellent skills in communication, analysis and project management.

>Attitude: Driven, collaborative, independent, hands-on, go-getter 

>Average skills in Google Analytics, Social media, CMS, PhotoShop, etc.

>Understanding on B2B and B2C distribution channels

>Experience in building materials and technology industry is an advantage
